The 2017 UNESCO Creative Cities of Crafts & Folk Art Annual Meeting will be held in Paducah, Kentucky from September 24-27, 2017. Chuck Fluharty will be speaking at the event on Wednesday, September 27th as a panelist. Each day of the meeting will begin with a plenary session featuring expert speakers . This will be followed by a Creative Field workshop, luncheon speaker and study tours focused on the daily theme through which members of the Crafts & Folk Art sub-network will engage in dialogue and share best practices. The agenda has been developed with view of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals the Mayors’ Ostersund Declaration.
